B2B Techno, whose registered office is located at 77 rue d'Alsace, 45160 Olivet, France, and which can be contacted at contact@b2btechno.net, is responsible for processing personal data collected on www.b2btechno.biz (the “Website”).

This privacy policy is intended to inform Website users how their personal data are collected, processed and protected, in accordance with Règlement (UE) 2016/679 du 27 avril 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l'informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés, as amended (French Data Protection Act).

Personal data collected are intended exclusively for authorised B2B Techno personnel, for handling contact requests and managing commercial relationships. No data are sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

No personal data are transferred outside the European Union.

If, after contacting B2B Techno, the user considers that their rights have not been respected, they may submit a complaint to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL, French data protection authority):

B2B Techno implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of collected personal data, including:

  • • Encryption of exchanges via the HTTPS protocol;
  • • Encryption of data at rest;
  • • Restricted access to data, limited to authorised B2B Techno personnel.

10. Cookies

The Website uses the following cookies:

  • • PHPSESSID — technical session cookie, necessary for the proper operation of the Website, with no tracking purpose;
  • • No third-party or advertising cookies are placed by default.
