“We have worked with B2B TECHNO since 2010 on optimising the transport processes associated with deliveries (customer and inter-depot) at Frans Bonhomme.
We started by developing a system combining a transport cost comparison engine, EDI and label printing for our transport subcontractors, linked to the order and despatch advice interfaces of our ERP.
This system was rolled out into production across our 400 depot-store sites.
We then extended the system to manage the deliveries (routes, scheduling and information feedback via a mobile app) of our own fleet (around 200 vehicles), linked to the WMS used in our 5 regional warehouses. The system has enabled the Frans Bonhomme group to structure its transport offering more effectively and to increase the visibility of this process.
